Installation Instructions for

Remove the mounting plate from the assembly by

unscrewing the two knurled nuts.

Install the Fixture

#6-32 SET SCREWS

1/16 ALLEN

GLASS SHADE

FIXTURE BASE

While supporting the glass shade, loosen (Do Not

Remove) all the #6-32 set screws on fixture base with

the 1/16 Allen wrench.

Carefully remove the glass out of the fixture base.

This product can mount to either a 4" square electrical box

with round plaster ring or an octagon electrical box.

This product is suitable for damp or wet locations.

This product can be dimmed with a standard incandescent

dimmer.

This product may be ceiling or wall mounted.

the applicable installation code by a person familiar

Use minimum 90°c supply conductors.

1F 1C 4 4 #8-32 SCREW MOUNTING PLATE 4 Secure the mounting plate to the electrical box with 2 #8-32 screws. 1D 5 6 7 10 5 Ground the mounting plate in accordance with local electrical codes. 6 Connect the black fixture wires to the hot power line wire with a wire nut. 7 Connect the white fixture wires to the neutral power line wire with a wire nut. 1E 9 9 8 Place all wires and wire nut connections into the electrical box.
