Suitable Substrates
When properly prepared, suitable substrates include:
• Embossed resilient floor coverings (must be well bonded to an approved
substrate)
• Interior/exterior concrete
• Masonry surfaces
• Interior wood surfaces (porous substrates only)
Substrate Preparation
All surfaces must be structurally sound, clean, dry, and free from any oil, wax,
grease, sealers, existing adhesives, waterproofing or curing compounds, or from
contaminants that would interfere with bonding. Do not use in moving cracks
or expansion joints. Follow floor covering manufacturer's recommendations for
allowable moisture vapor emissions.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place with lid tightly closed. Best to keep from freezing. If
frozen, allow to thaw and mix well before use.
Shelf Life
Maximum of 1 years from date of manufacture in unopened package.
Limitations
• Although this product is water resistant, the installation must be protected from
any water or rain for a minimum 24 hours after installation.
• Single applications should not exceed

" (6 mm) per application, with a total
maximum thickness of 1" (25 mm).
• Use over porous wood, concrete or masonry surfaces only.
• Do not use in areas subject to hydrostatic pressure.
• Do not use as a final wear layer or in standing water.
• Do not apply when temperature is below 50°F (10°C) or above 110°F (43°C).
• Do not allow patch to dry on any unintended surfaces (remove while wet).
• If sanding is required, ensure the area is well ventilated (i.e. open all windows
and doors for cross ventilation). Wear a NIOSH approved air purifying respirator
with dust/mist filter to protect your lungs against inhalation of airborne dust.

5. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Application
If separation occurs, mix well prior to use. Apply patch to the substrate with a
trowel. Press firmly into the area to be patched or leveled, smooth it, and then
feather the edge. Apply up to a maximum

" (6 mm) thickness per application.
Do not overwork. Allow to dry 3-4 hours between applications. Maximum
thickness is 1" (25 mm).
Open time will vary based on thickness of application, substrate, temperature and
relative humidity. Product will begin to skin over within 10-15 minutes at 75°F
(24°C) / 50% RH. Use of a dampened trowel will extend open time.
Curing
Dry times will vary due to humidity, temperature and application thickness. Humid
conditions and low temperatures will increase dry times. Patch is dry when
surface is hard and cannot be indented when pressed. NOTE: Prior to installing
your floor covering, ensure that patched area is smooth and free from loose sand
particles.
