UK STYLE PLUG WIRING INSTRUCTIONS (IN THE UK ONLY)
This product must only be used from a 13 amp power socket. If a BS1363 approved 13 amp plug is
used, it should be fitted with a 13 amp fuse. The wires on the power cord are colour coded:
blue = neutral, brown = live, green or green & yellow = earth.
The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured in black.
The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured in red.
The green (& yellow) wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured in green (& yellow).
SPECIAL ATTENTION
Your new appliance is designed with a protective coating around the heating coils. When plugged in
and operating for the first time, there may be a little momentary smoking while this coating is initially
heated. This presents no danger to the user and does not indicate a defect in the unit. When using for
the first time, allow the appliance to continue running until the smoke dissipates. This should last only
about 30 seconds.

AIR CONCENTRATOR : The air concentrator attaches easily onto the barrel of your dryer and
allows you to direct the airflow on a small section of hair at a time as you style and shape
hair with a vent brush or comb. You can also build body and fullness into fine, thin hair by
directing the airflow against the natural growth of the hair.
WHILE USING : Untwist cord from time to time to avoid tangling.
TO CLEAN : Unplug unit and allow to cool. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the surfaces.
Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the unit. Intake grille must be cleared of
any build-up of lint or hair with a small brush.
TO STORE : Unplug appliance, allow to cool, and store in its box or in a dry place. Never store it
while it is hot or still plugged in. Never wrap the cord lightly around the appliance. Never
hang unit by the cord - use the hanging ring provided. Do not put any stress on the cord
were it enters the unit, as it could cause the cord to fray and break.
