This product is not intended for use by children under 16 years of age. Children 16 and over should operate this product only

under the direct supervision of a responsible, attentive adult. Do not operate this product in the vicinity of unsupervised

children. It is recommended that this product and all accessories be examined periodically for potential hazards and that any

potentially hazardous parts be repaired or replaced. This product contains small parts that may present a choking hazard.

consequential, arising from the use, misuse, or abuse of this product and any chemical or accessory required to operate this

product.

- This product is intended for outdoor use only. This product should be used only in large, open and uncrowded

areas, and only on hard surfaces.

- This product is not intended for use on public roads or congested areas where its operation can conflict with or

disrupt pedestrian or vehicular traffic.

- Do not operate this product at night.

- Never, under any circumstances, operate this product in crowds of people or around animals. THIS PRODUCT

IS VERY FAST AND COULD CAUSE INJURY IF ALLOWED TO COLLIDE WITH A PERSON OR ANIMAL.

- Because this product is controlled by radio, it is subject to radio interference from many sources that are

beyond your control. Since radio interference can cause momentary losses of radio control, always allow a

safe margin in all directions around this product in order to prevent collisions.

- The motor, battery, and speed control can become hot during use. Do not touch these parts while they are hot.

- Keep fingers, hair and loose clothing away from tires and motor while the product is switched ON.

- Do not attempt to ride this product or place objects in or on this product while it is being operated.

- Do not use this product while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.

- Do not operate this product in or near water.

- Keep product away from wet surfaces or rain.

- Keep product away from sandy, dusty areas.

- Avoid collisions.

- Electronic instruments are very sensitive to direct sunlight or heat. Avoid long periods of operation under direct sunlight.

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

Team Up International, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship

for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All warranties, including implied warranties, are

limited in duration and extend from the date of purchase of the product until 30 days from the date of

purchase of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by use of the product or wear

and tear. This warranty covers defective or incorrectly assembled parts when the product is new, i.e.,

before it is used.

Before returning this product for warranty service, please contact our service department to discuss

the problem you are having with the product. The telephone number for our service department is

423-585-5300 (Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM). After contacting Team Up International, Inc., send

the product along with your proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, your return shipping

address, a day time telephone number and a brief description of the problem to:

If the component is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Team Up

International, Inc.’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by ordinary use or misuse of the product, damage

caused by crash or collision, damage caused by wear and tear, damage caused by disassembling or

assembling the product or any of its components, tampering with the product’s internal electronics or

mechanical parts, damage caused by moisture or water.

In no case shall the liability of Team Up International, Inc. exceed the product’s original cost. Team Up

International, Inc. reserves the right to modify warranty provisions without notice. All warranty claims

will be handled by Team Up International, Inc. Team Up International, Inc. is not liable for loss or

damages resulting from the use of this product. By the act of operating this product, the user accepts

all resulting liability. Team Up International, Inc. makes no other warranties express or implied. This

warranty gives you specific legal rights that vary from state to state.

SET-UP FREQUENCIES The remote control system for this product is a 2 channel superheterodyne digital proportional system. This system divides the 27MHz frequency into 6 bands that are precisely controlled by a pair of frequency modules, each containing a specific frequency crystal. The transmitter module and the vehicle module are paired for each band and color coded for easy recognition.
