LQ warning in OpenTX
The setup for the radio is relay simple:


The small delay (0.5s) avoids warnings when the signal is only bad for a short moment.

With the logical switches the voice alerts will be triggered every time they are active.
What they mean:
SF1: when L01 is active, plays the selected track ones
For the sound files you can create your own by any TTS website.
 


