If you use MAVLink to connect to your FC, you can send your RC data over the same connection.
Depending on the MAVLink version used in your FC, you can send up to 12 channels by this (MAV V2) or 8
(MAV V1, used on CROSSFIRE FW below 3.8).
As there are some rumors around:
- The RC data will not stop being sent if the CROSSFIRE telemetry breaks up
- It’s as fast/ a bit faster than SBus
Team Race
When on a team race or using multiple drones on the same run, you can use the team race menu. It lets
you switch your drone without the need to shut it down or switch the model in your remote. In
combination with the VideoTX menu setting for PIT mode, this is the easiest way to do so.
● Prim. Switch: switch channel for the first switch (8-12)
● Switch Type: 2/3/6 pos. switch
● Sec. Switch: same as Prim. Switch
● Switch Type: same as Switch Type prim.
● Current range: min. model id - max. Model id
● OTX Model id: model id coming from OpenTX
