Extended Manufacturer Warranty
The official warranty periods for TDK-Lambda products are defined in
the published specifications for each series.
TDK-Lambda grants a Limited Lifetime Warranty for certain series of
units. This extended warranty applies only to products specifically
designated by TDK-Lambda as having a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
These units are covered by an extended warranty of up to 5 years after
production has ceased and they have been withdrawn from the market
(date determined by TDK-Lambda), but for a minimum of 10 years from
the date of sale directly by TDK-Lambda or one of its authorized
distributors to the end customer. The maximum warranty period granted
is 30 years.
The warranty is conditional on the proper use and application of the
equipment within the published specifications based on the applicable
standards from the respective equipment approval. Excluded from this
extended warranty are fans, blowers and other components for air
circulation as well as assemblies thereof.
This warranty is limited to the direct purchaser and is not transferable.
Both TDK-Lambda's standard warranty and the Lifetime Warranty are
void in the event of modification, misuse or attempted repair by an end
user, customer or third party.
