1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
TCL Technology Holding Limited, offers a 1 year limited warranty on selected Head Phones and
Audio Products that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship upon submission of the
following items:
1. Proof of purchase – consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase,
dealer’s name, model number and serial number of the product is required for warranty support.
General Terms and Conditions
Thiswarrantyisconnedtotherstpurchaseroftheproductonlyandisnotapplicabletocases
other than defects in material, design and workmanship.
Items and Conditions Not Covered:
• Periodicchecks,maintenance,repairandreplacementofpartsduetonormalwearandtear.
• Abuseormisuses,includingbutnotsolelylimitedtothefailuretousethisproductforitsnormal
purposes or in accordance with TCL’s instructions on usage and maintenance.
• Defectsresultingfromusageoftheproductinconjunctionwithaccessoriesthatarenot
approved by TCL for use with this product.
• TCLwillnotberesponsibleforanyrepairscausedbythirdpartycomponentparts,orservice
that is found to be the cause for the defect or damage of the product.
• Accidents,ActsofGod,lightning,water,re,publicdisturbances,improperventilation,voltage
uctuationsoranycausebeyondthecontrolofTCL.
• Thiswarrantydoesnotaffecttheconsumers’statutoryrightsnortheconsumers’rightsagainst
the dealer related to their purchase/ sales agreement.
TCL’s 1 Year Limited Warranty will abide by the following options regarding claims:
1. Replace or Repair the TCL product with the same model (or with a product that has similar
functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in
performance and reliability, also;
a. When a TCL product or part is replaced or provided, any replacement item becomes the
customer’s property and the replaced or refunded item becomes TCL’s property.
b. TCL will not provide any data transfer service. This is the customer’s responsibility.
2. Repair or Replacement of any TCL product under the terms of this warranty does not provide right
to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
3. Warranty repairs are available free of charge at TCL authorized repair centers for products that
comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this warranty. Shipping cost of the defective
product(s) to TCL authorized repair center is to be paid by the customer. The customer is
responsible for any damage to the defective product during shipment to the authorized repair
center.
4. This warranty is not transferrable. This warranty will be the purchasers’ sole and exclusive remedy
and neither TCL nor its service centers shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages
or breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.
5. This warranty extends to products purchased and sold within the United States and Canada.

seleccionados de Whole House Mesh Router System que se constate que presentan defectos de
material o de fabricación si se presentan los elementos siguientes:
1. Prueba de compra: se trata de la factura original o el albarán de compra que indique la fecha
de la compra, el nombre del distribuidor, el número del modelo y el número de serie del
producto necesarios para utilizar la garantía.
Términos y condiciones generales
Esta garantía cubre sólo al primer comprador del producto y no se aplica a otros casos que no sean
defectos de material, diseño o fabricación.
Términos y condiciones no cubiertos:
• Comprobacionesperiódicas,mantenimiento,reparacionesyrecambiosdepartesacausa
del uso habitual y el deterioro.
• Elusoindebidooincorrecto,entreotros,elhechodenoutilizaresteproductopara
sus propósitos normales o de no seguir las instrucciones de TCL sobre el uso y el
mantenimiento.
• LosdefectosresultantesdelusodelproductojuntoconaccesoriosnoaprobadosporTCL
para usar con este producto.
• TCLnoseresponsabilizarádeningunareparaciónprovocadaporpiezasdecomponentes
de terceros ni del servicio que se detecte que es la causa del defecto o daño del producto.
• Accidentes,inclemenciasmeteorológicas,relámpagos,inundaciones,incendios,disturbios,
ventilacióninadecuada,uctuacionesdelvoltajeocualquiercausafueradelcontroldeTCL.
• Estagarantíanoafectaalosderechosestatutariosdelosconsumidoresnialosderechos
de los consumidores frente al distribuidor en relación con el acuerdo de compra/venta.
La garantía limitada a 1 años de TCL estará sujeta a las opciones siguientes ante cualquier
reclamación:
1. Reemplazar el producto de TCL con el mismo modelo (o con un producto que tenga
funcionalidades similares) formado a partir de piezas nuevas o usadas previamente que sean
equivalentesalasnuevastantoendesempeñocomoenconabilidad,y;
a. Cuando se reemplaza o se suministra una pieza o un producto TCL, los elementos
reemplazados pasan a ser propiedad del cliente y los elementos devueltos pasan a ser
propiedad de TCL.
b. TCL no ofrecerá ningún servicio de transferencia de datos. Es responsabilidad del cliente.
2. La reparación o el reemplazo de cualquier producto de TCL de acuerdo con los términos de
esta garantía no ofrecen por sí mismos el derecho a ampliar o renovar el período de garantía.
3. Las reparaciones de garantía están disponibles de forma gratuita en centros de reparación
autorizados de TCL para los productos que cumplen los términos y las condiciones generales
de esta garantía. El cliente deberá sufragar los costos de envío de los productos defectuosos
al centro de reparación autorizado de TCL. El cliente es responsable de cualquier daño en el
producto defectuoso durante el envío al centro de reparación autorizado.
4. Esta garantía no se puede transferir. Esta garantía es el recurso único y exclusivo del
comprador y ni TCL ni sus centros de reparación serán responsables de ningún daño
imprevisto o consecuente ni del incumplimiento de la garantía implícita o explícita de este
producto.
5. Esta garantía se extiende a los productos comprados y vendidos dentro de Estados Unidos
yCanadá.TodoslosproductosvendidosenEstadosUnidosestaránsujetosalalegislación
