the right to amend our price list at anytime and will notify our customers prior to an amendment.
MSRP/MAPP: Redmon reserves the right to establish MAPP on select items to protect our registered brand(s) value.

TERMS: Net 30 days with credit approval only. First time customers must provide a valid credit card for the first order.

HANDLING CHARGE: $5.00 per order for orders under $200.00
RETURNS: Call for RA (Return Authorization) number. Phone: [phone]. Return authorization from the Redmon
Company, Peru, Indiana is required before credit will be granted. All non-warranty returns are subject to a 15%
Restocking Fee.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS: Items and colors are subject to change and/or may be discontinued without notice.
CANCELLED ORDERS: All acknowledged orders subject to cancellation charges.
DAMAGED ITEMS: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to file for shipping damage claims.
QUANTITIES: Please adhere to Master Pack quantities.

LIMITED WARRANTY: W.C. Redmon Co., Inc. warrants to the initial retail buyer that this product is free from defects in the
material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) full year from the date of purchase. Its obligations
under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective part(s) of the product. It shall not be liable for any
consequential damages. The initial retail buyer may return any defective part. Returns due to defective parts must receive
authorization from W.C. Redmon Co., Inc. before return is made. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed
or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, and the corporation neither assumes nor
authorizes any other person to assume for any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product.
