If you want to find out about the current TV program, use the green
Media Centre icon in the top left-hand corner to return to the main menu
of the TV area. Now select TV Guide. This opens an electronic TV
guide, which displays all channels in a clear list. Use the arrow keys in
the bottom right-hand corner to move in the list. Use the up and down
arrows to move through the channel list. Use the right and left arrow
keys at the top to move through the times. If you want to watch one of
the programs displayed, simply double-click the name. This
automatically switches you to the Live TV function and you can see the
selected programme.
