CHRONIC EFFECTS
Redness, drying and cracking of the skin (dermatitis) may occur in the case of prolonged and
repeated contact. Extreme exposures to fumes may cause upper respiratory irritation. Silicosis
(Pulmonary Fibrosis or severe lung scarring) may occur if exposed to high levels of repeated
encounters with dust.
