Read the ENTIRE MANUAL and if you do not understand any part of it or the operation of your pistol, stop and seek professional firearms instructions. WARNING YOU RISK PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH BY HANDLING THIS FIREARM Before handling any firearm, make sure you know the safety procedures and most importantly, keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction. Before handling this firearm, read, understand and follow the instructions in this manual. Always keep this manual with the firearm. If you lend, give or sell this firearm, be sure the manual goes with it.
Type Of Ammunition To Be Used It is suggested that high quality commercially manufactured ammunition be used in this firearm. Avoid military surplus or old ammunition as it may not fire with sufficient force to expel the projectile from the barrel. The use of reloaded, high pressure or hand-loaded ammunition can be dangerous and will void the warranty.
FOLLOWING THESE SAFETY RULES CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE OR THE LIFE OF SOMEONE ELSE Get competent firearms instruction in safe handling before using this firearm. Please ask your dealer for names of qualified instructors near you. All guns are extremely dangerous if carelessly handled or used. Remember that the firearm user is the primary “safety” and that reliance on any mechanical safety device should never replace safe handling procedures.

Make sure that they are properly secured so untrained individuals and children will be denied access to your guns and ammunition. Test your gun’s operation and safeties only at a shooting range while the firearm is pointed in a safe direction. Know your target and what is beyond.

Spectators should wear eye and ear protection and avoid distracting those shooting their firearms. Never drop your gun. If you do drop it, unload it and check it for proper function before using it again. Do NOT alter or modify your gun.

WARNING If there is any reason to suspect that a projectile is obstructing the barrel, immediately unload the firearm (See Unloading Instructions) and check the chamber and the bore. A projectile or some other matter may be lodged some distance down the barrel where it can not easily be seen. Check the bore by using a cleaning rod to pass through the barrel.

Sear Block Safety : The sear block safety blocks Figure 2a the sear from movement which in turn blocks the trigger and hammer. See Figure 3. Figure 2b Trigger: The trigger is located in trigger guard and moves fore and aft. See Figure 4. Barrel Latch Button: The barrel latch button is located where you would normally find a magazine release button or behind the trigger on the left hand side of the gun. See Figure 5.

If the hammer is not cocked then use your thumb and pull the hammer to the half-cock position so as to avoid placing unnecessary pressure on the firing pin during the opening procedure. See Figure 9. WARNING Figure 8 You must be very careful in moving the hammer since the safeties are disengaged. The firearm could fire if your thumb was to slip off the hammer and there was a live round in the chamber.
BOLT TAKEDOWN After having removed the barrel pin, remove the barrel assembly from the cradle. See Figure 14. At this point, the bolt-block, firing pin and firing pin spring can be accessed. See Figure 15. Figure 14 The bolt-block is kept in place between the two sides of the cradle by two pivoting retention pins. Figure 16 These pins can be taken out by hand, simply rotate the pins a ¼ turn either clockwise or counter-clockwise (See Figure 16) and then remove the pins completely from the cradle.
The Thor pistol is equipped with an additional safety, which prevents the barrel from being closed unless the hammer is in the halfcock position. See Figures 21a and 21b. Figure 21a Figure 21b WARNING The pistol will always open even with the hammer fully lowered. However, we strongly recommend that you always use the half-cock position for opening and closing the pistol (See OPENING THE PISTOL). For re-assembly move backwards through above steps.
the barrel latch button with your thumb. See Figure 24. With your other hand, pull up on the front of the barrel (never let your finger move in front of the barrel). The pistol will close. Make sure that the barrel latch has fallen into the correction position, which is flush with the frame on the right side of the pistol. Figure 24 TO UNLOAD 1) Place the hammer in the half-cock position. 2) Open the action as described previously (See OPENING THE PISTOL).
READ, UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW ALL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS MANUAL BEFORE FIRING THE PISTOL. TO FIRE THE PISTOL 1) Make sure the pistol is pointed in a safe direction with the safety engaged. 2) Make sure you are wearing eye and ear protection. 3) Keep your fingers away from the trigger. 4) With the pistol pointed in a safe direction, fully cock the hammer. 5) Disengage the sear block safety. 6) Squeeze the trigger. The pistol will fire when you squeeze the trigger with the requisite force.

Putting a gun together wrong or with modified parts can result in a damaged gun, or personal injury or death to you or others.
