Factory settings: AUX1 to be switched with F0, switched on at forward motion. AUX2 to be
switched with F0, switched on at backward motion. AUX3 to be switched with F1, AUX4 to be
switched with F2, AUX5 to be switched with F5, AUX6 to be switched with F6.
Example: AUX2 to be switched with F5 à CV#39 = 2
Example: AUX1 and AUX3 to be switched with F6 à CV#40 = 5 (= 1+4)
