The value set in register 62 multiplyed by 4 is added to the value of the register to be
programmed. Example for inputting the value 137 into register 09:
1. 137 / 4 = 34, remainder 1
2. Programming for register 62 the value 34.
3. Programming for register 09 the value 1.
