Protection class Ready-made module (without housing): IP 00
Meaning: No protection against foreign bodies, contact and water.
Ready device (in housing): IP 20
Meaning: Protected against solid foreign bodies with diameter ≥ 12.5 mm and
access with a finger. No protection against water.
