With the total length of 90mm and a weight of 460g, the
17-35mm F/2.8-4 Di OSD is the smallest and lightest lens in
its class.* The optical construction includes 15 elements in
10 groups, including four LD and two GM elements, which
help largely correct distortion and other optical aberrations.
The lens casing is sealed against the weather and the front
lens is additionally protected with a ourine coating.
