Direct Replacement Ventilation System
for Manufactured Housing
One (1) Ventilation Fan
One (1) Inner Grille Ring
One (1) Grille Cover
Two (2) Wire Nuts
This fan was tested in accordance with figure #12 of
ANSI/ASHRAE standard 51-07, AMCA 300-08 and
HVI Standard 915/916.
Please note the serial number, date of pur-
chase, and the point of purchase below for
handy reference. The serial number is
located on a label affixed to the Mainstream.

your Mainstream carefully you
