E. Station
When there are multiple guard station that wish to receive incoming calls via the
listener, each must be set-up as a separate station.
 Station ID: This can be any positive number. (D=0)
 Station Name: Descriptive name of the station
 Location: Where the station is located
 Phone Number: To contact someone at the station
 Contact name: Person to contact at this station
