Troubleshooting
No sound from the conference mic:
1.Check whether the conference mic is properly connected to the
amplifier and audio equipment; please re-plug and retry.
2.Check whether the connected equipment provides 48V phantom
power, and whether the 48V switch is set to "ON".
3.Check whether the mic volume of the connected equipment is set too
low; adjust and see if it becomes normal.
4.Replace the connection cable to rule out cable problem.
1.Turn the volume of the amplifier and other audio equipment to zero
before turning them and the mic on; then gradually increase their
volume to an appropriate level.
2.Recommended distance from the mic is about 20-50cm when
speaking.
