4 Installing the Reader
This section explains how best to install the Medio P200L Mid Range Reader.
4.1 Reader Connections
4.1.1 Front Panel
Figure 1 below shows the front panel, which is dedicated to the RF connection. Any of the following
antennas can be connected to the standard SMA connector:
• LW-1
• Aero LI
• L-SA3
• L-SA4
• L-SA4 SHD

The red LED turns on when the reader is supplied.
4.1.2 Rear Panel
The USB serial communication link and the power supply connector are located on the rear panel
as shown below.
