Choosing a program
Recent
The quickest way to start a training session is through this button. A list with the last training rides
of the selected user will appear via the menu on the left. These are training rides (with or without
opponents) that you have completed in the past and may want to repeat. At the bottom you will see
an image and to the right information about the program. You can start immediately after selecting
the course.
Select program
Here you can choose the type of training. You can choose from seven types of training with Slope,
Watt, Heart rate and Tests. After you have made your choice the training programs corresponding to
this type will appear in the list. At the bottom you will see the profile of the course and to the right
information about the course. Select one and press the Select for training button to start.
Free training
This is not a program, therefore you cannot select any opponents. Choose the type of training you
want to ride and you can start immediately. While cycling you determine the setting manually using
the interface. When you have finished training you can save the training ride as a program.
