Important
If power supplied to the device via plug 3, high frequencies must be filtered out.
For applications in the USA, the use of an EMI filter/toroidal strip-wound core
on the mains cable is mandatory, to ensure compliance with FCC Rules. The
same applies to applications in the EU, for compliance with the relevant EMC
requirements.
