Safety:
Prior to performing any maintenance, turn equipment/system off.
Cleaning:
Units with or without dampers maybe washed with warm soapy water, rinsed and then dried thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Maintenance:
After every cleaning and/or periodically the moving parts of the damper may be lightly lubricated with a clear lubricant
like petroleum jelly if necessary.
