How to use The SY-HCT1X can be used cordlessly and while it is being charged. Connect the adaptor to one end of the clipper and the other end to the wall outlet to charge the unit without the base. The unit can also be charged using the charging stand. Connect one end of the adaptor to the charging base and the other end to the wall outlet. Then place the unit on the charging base and the unit will charge. For a complete charge it takes about 1.5 hours.
How to use and care the blade 1. Hold the handle of the hair clipper and push the upper part outwards and away from the blade. (Please see picture) 2. Using the brush, clean the blade in order to remove excess hair which may be caught between the blades. Lubricate the space between the fixed blade and the moving blade with 2 or 3 drops of oil after every few uses. 3. To place the blade back on the clipper, first set the dial to 2.
