2. By default, Batch Entry Options are applied to the entire batch file. To
apply them to selected files, folders, and Web pages, select the files,
folders, and Web pages to which the options will be applied. For more
information, see Understanding Batch Files on page 91.
To select contiguous items in the batch file, click the first item, then hold down
the Shift key and click the last item you want to select; all items between the
two you clicked are selected. To select non-contiguous items, click the first
item; then hold down the Ctrl key and click each additional item you want to
select.
3. Select the appropriate options in the Batch Entry Options window (see
Table 15 on page 106).
4. Click OK.
5. Click the Translate button on the SYSTRAN Toolbar to apply your
selections to the translation:
