You can toggle all extracted terms for Send as DNT entry or Send as UD entry
using the Flag control on the pane’s toolbar.
• Turn on the flag for extracted terms that require further attention by clicking their
Flag check box one time. This action provides you with greater follow-up
flexibility.
Once set, you can organize your Extracted Term Review pane results using the
Flag control on the pane’s toolbar.
• Use the Find or Find Next feature to determine their location of each
entry in the source document.
