1. Highlight a dictionary in the Open Dictionary panel in SDM and click the Set
synchronization properties button.

Double-click on any local or remote dictionary to open it in the main SDM
pane and issue the Dictionary|Synchronization command.
The Dictionary Synchronization dialog will display.
2. Tick the Synchronize this dictionary checkbox.
This action enables the various synchronization Options, and the Service
dropdown when the selected dictionary is local.
