clicking the provided Delete feed hotbutton.
Translating Emails and File Attachments
The Email Translation tool is one of the two new tools offered in SYSTRAN Enterprise
Server 6 (RSS Translation is the other). It provides users with a means for translating
any text contained in an email, as well file attachments of the following file types: .pdf,
.txt, .rtf, .doc (Microsoft Word),.html, and the primary Microsoft Office 2007 file formats
(.docx, xlsx, and .pptx). If Email Translation is not the active translation tool, click
Email Translation in the left-hand Translation menu.
1. Use the provided dropdowns to select the Source language pair and Target
language pair for the translation task.
Source language
The language of the original text, prior to translation.
Target language
The language into which the source text is translated.
Users can easily toggle their language selections by clicking the Switch
hotbutton , located between the Source and Target dropdowns.
To ensure dropdown functionality, JavaScript must be activated in the
browser employed for SYSTRAN Enterprise Server 6 use. Please consult
the appropriate browser help resources, as necessary.
The email address that displays below the Email Translation controls
changes to reflect the selected language pair.
2. If available, use the provided dropdown to set a Profile (a set collection of
Translation Options).
3. Send the email and attachments to the email address that displays directly
under the Email Translation controls.
Click the provided email address to initiate a pre-addressed outgoing
email in the default email program, or copy the address into the To: field
of any outgoing email.
