IIR0 indicates interface information for Serial 1-port mode, Serial 1-port ALL mode, Serial.2-port mode,
and 1’st port of Serial 2-port ALL mode.
IIR1 indicates interface information for 2’nd port of Serial 2-port ALL mode.
