positive pressure (overpressure) occurs, the closing level of the water trap must be estimated correctly as shown on
the illustration below. A water trap is optional and installation of the water trap is not included.
Remember to check that there is water in the water trap.
Table 2 Positive pressure P (Pa)
P H1 Minimum H2
500 Pa 90 mm 65 mm
750 Pa 120 mm 90 mm
1.000 Pa 150 mm 120 mm
I.4.9 A maximum of 90% relative humidity must not be exceed before second filter stage
or silencers
An element (coil, fan, heat exchanger or droplet eliminator) must be installed between humidifier and second filter
stage or silencers.
I.4.10 Clean and disinfect the interior of the unit as second last action for the installer
before start-up and hand over of the unit to the user
Clean and disinfect the interior for airflow of this hygienic version of the air handling unit according to demands speci-
fied by the user of the ventilation system.
I.4.11 Install delivered filters in the cleaned unit as last action for the installer before start-
up and hand over of the unit to the user
This hygienic version of the air handling unit was delivered with the filters in the original and tight boxes from the man-
ufacturer of the filters to avoid any contamination of filters during the installation process. After cleaning of the interior
of the unit, filters can now be installed. Labels on the unit sections with filters inform about the type of filters to be
installed.
J Installation and assembly instructions for reduction of noise and vibration
emissions
Due to the design and construction of the units the (A) weighed sound pressure level from fans and other components
do not exceed 70 dB (A) outside the units.
Data about sound in Annex 2.
Installation of the units on springs will reduce the transmission of noise and vibrations to the building. Systemair does
not deliver springs for this purpose.
Flexible connections between the units and the ducts are available as accessories.
K Start-up, adjustments, use, commissioning and unit in out of regular operation
for several months
K.1 Print-outs on paper
The documents listed below are always printed on paper and delivered together with the units according to the Machi-
nery Directive and the related national laws
This User Manual with:
• Declaration of conformity with production number for this unit– annex 1
• The unique technical data with production number for this unit - Annex 2
• Installation instructions for assembling of steel roof of trapezoidal plates. –
