t_interval_H: Compressor re-start delay in space heang mode. (Refer to Part 3,
8.6 “HEAT MODE SETTING Menu”).
8.15 SPECIAL FUNCTION
8.15.1 SPECIAL FUNCTION menu overview
MENU > FOR SERVICEMAN > SPECIAL FUNCTION
SPECIAL FUNCTION is used to pre-heang oor and drying up
oor once installaon is complete or the rst me start up the
unit or restart the unit aer a long me stop.

8.15.2 PREHEATING FOR FLOOR
MENU > FOR SERVICEMAN > SPECIAL FUNCTION > PREHEATING FOR FLOOR
Before oor heang, if a large amount of water remains on the oor, the oor may be warped or even rupture during oor heang
operaon, in order to protect the oor, oor drying is necessary, during which the temperature of the oor should be increased
gradually.
During rst operaon of the unit, air may remain in the water system which can cause malfuncons during operaon. It is
necessary to run the air purge funcon to release the air (make sure the air purge valve is open).
T1S sets the heat pump’s leaving water set temperature in preheang for oor
mode.
t_fristFH sets the duraon of preheang for oor mode.
The operaon of the unit during preheang for oor mode is illustrated in Figure
3-8.42.

Compressor
Pump
Whilst the preheang for oor operaon is running, the number of minutes that it has been running for and the heat pump’s
leaving water temperature are displayed on the user interface. During the preheang for oor operaon all buons except OK
are inacvated. To exit the preheang for oor operaon, press OK and then select YES when prompted. Refer to Figure 3-8.43.
