VRF AHU KIT4
Installation and Operating Manual
VRF-AHU Kit 7
The refrigerant lines can become very hot during operation. Never route electrical cables
to the refrigerant piping without heat insulation between the pipe and the electrical cable.
The insulation layer of the electrical cables can melt when ignored and lead to electric shock,
short circuit and fire hazard.
Take special measures against the dangers caused by strong winds, hurricanes and
earthquakes in affected areas.
Damaged or broken equipment may cause injury or property damage.
In case of refrigerant leakage during installation, the affected environment must be
immediately ventilated.
Risk of death! If refrigerant is present on an open fire, toxic compounds may form.
After completion of the refrigeration work, a leak test must be carried out to prevent
leaks.
Risk of death! If refrigerants are found on heat sources such as heaters, ovens or stoves,
poisonous compounds can occur.
Earth the air conditioning unit on a grounding line.
The air conditioner must never be earthed on water pipes, light or telephone lines. Insufficient
grounding may cause electric shock, short circuit, and fire.
Install a residual current circuit breaker in the electrical connection cable.
Failure to do so could result in electric shock, short circuit, and fire hazard.
First wire the outdoor unit, then the indoor unit.
It is not permissible to connect the indoor unit before the outdoor unit is properly connected.
Connect the condensation water connection of the indoor unit to the sewer lines
following the instructions in this manual. This ensures the correct drainage of
condensation water. All cooling lines must be heat-insulated with suitable materials to
prevent condensation or condensation.
Non-observance can lead to corrosion, water leakage, malfunctions and damage to property.
Indoor and outdoor equipment may cause electromagnetic interference during operation,
which may interfere with TV and radio reception or may affect the operation of other
electrical equipment.
Ensure that there is a sufficient distance (at least 1 m) between the air conditioning units and
electrical lines to the TV and radio equipment in order to avoid interference.
This device may only be operated by trained persons. Small children or persons with
limited mental perceptions must avoid handling or supervising the appliance.
