1-3. The same as for HMH (see above).
4. Turn the calibration nut until the potentiometer slide wire is cen-
tred. Do not breathe on the hair element during calibration since
this will affect the calibration.
5. Replace the plastic lid and set the knob at the desired control
value.
6. Test the function under normal working conditions and adjust if
necessary.
Note: When working at very high humidity levels, great care must
be exercised during calibration so that this does not lead to working
conditions with condensation fallout.
Cabling
Connect the humidistat as shown in the wiring diagram for the type
being installed (see below). The cables should be tted with some
slack. Make sure that they do not interfere with the humidistat mecha-
nism.

At increasing humidity, the resistance will increase between terminals 1
and 3 and decrease between terminals 1 and 2. See the technical data for
resistance values.

The product fullls the demands for the current European EMC-standard
CENELEC EN61000-6-1 and EN61000-6-3, and is CE-marked.
LVD, Low Voltage Directive
The product fullls the demands for the current European LVD-standard
IEC 60 730-1.

Kanal-/vägghygrostat
HMH, HMH2 och HPH är elektromekaniska hygrostater med växlande
kontakt. De är inte lämpliga för likströmskretsar.
Följande delar medföljer:
• L-formad fästkonsol (på hygrostatens baksida)
• Skruv (4 mm i diameter) för låsning av fästkonsol vid kanalmon-
tage
• Kabelgenomföring med kontramutter (två uppsättningar för
HMH2)

Installation
Ta av hygrostatens lock och montera kabelförskruvningen.
Väggmontage
Hygrostaten ska placeras på en plats med jämn temperatur och
luftfuktighet där god luftväxling råder. Olämplig placering är yttervägg,
solbelyst vägg, hörn, intill radiatorer/kokare etc.
1. Skjut loss fästkonsolen från hygrostatens baksida.
2. Montera fästkonsolen på lämplig plats med den korta änsen
nedåt och ut från väggen.
3. Häng hygrostaten på konsolen så att känselkroppen pekar
nedåt.
