STEP1:Looseningthetire
Removethevalvecapandcoreanddeflatethetire.Usethe
beadloosenertounseatthetirebead.

STEP2:Dismountingthetire



STEP3:Dismountingtheoriginalsensor
Withascrewdriverremovethefasteningscrewandsensor
fromthevalvestem.Thenloosenthenutandremovethe
valve.

STEP4:MountingtheSensorandvalve
Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim.
Tighten the crew nut with 4.0 Nm with the help of the
positioning pin. Assemble the sensor and the valve against
therimandtightenthescrew.

STEP5Mountingthetire
Clamp the rim onto the assembly machine so that the valve
facestheassemblyheadatanangleof180°





