STEP1:Looseningthetire
Removethevalvecapandcoreanddeflatethetire.Usethe
beadloosenertounseatthetirebead.
STEP2:Dismountingthetire
STEP3:Dismountingtheoriginalsensor
Withascrewdriverremovethefasteningscrewandsensor
fromthevalvestem.Thenloosenthenutandremovethe
valve.
STEP4:MountingtheSensorandvalve
Slide the valve stem through the valve hole of the rim.
Tighten the crew nut with 4.0 Nm with the help of the
positioning pin. Assemble the sensor and the valve against
therimandtightenthescrew.
STEP5Mountingthetire
Clamp the rim onto the assembly machine so that the valve
facestheassemblyheadatanangleof180°
