If the rollover display states “Master, sync” or “Slave, sync”, the Gateway is communicating with the
software.
If the rollover display states “Master, not sync” or “Slave, not sync”, the Gateway is not
communicating with the software. Refer to Troubleshooting
for tips on resolving connectivity and
communication issues.
When issues are resolved, perform the previous steps in this procedure to confirm the Gateways are
communicating properly.
