REMOTE CONTROL OPERATING PROCEDURES:
(1) Power:
Turn the unit ON and OFF.
NOTE: When the unit is turned off that the logs and flames will slowly die down.
(2) Brightness:
Adjust the flame and log brightness level: L5 - L4 - L3 - L2 - L1
(L5 being the brightest and L1 the dimmest)
: raise the level of flame and log brightness.
: lower the level of flame and log brightness.
(3) Heater:
This allows programming of the thermostat. The fireplace can be used without the heater if desired.
Adjust the temperature as follows: 99(60)→ 86(30)→ 82(28)→78(26) → 75(24)→ 71(22) →OFF
Note: for the default units
: raise the temperature rating,
: lower the temperature rating.
(4) Down Light:
Turn the down light ON and OFF.
(5) Timer:
Timer setting switch: 10min- 20min- 30min- 40min- 50min- 1H- 2H- 3H- 4H- 5H- 6H- 7H- 8H- 9H.
DO NOT operate fireplace while unattended.
(6) Effect:
Dynamic Ember: This function will make the ember of the fire automatically glow dimmer and brighter creating a more
realistic fire effect.
Note: Do not mix old and new batteries.
Do not mix alkaline, standard(carbon-Zinc)or rechargeable(nickel-cadium)batteries.
Self Regulating Heater
The heater will turn on when temperature is set higher than the room’s temperature and it will automatically
turn off when the room has reached the desired temperature.
