Alpha Keys
FCT Key: ((TBD? ? ))
MENU Key: access set up.
RCL Key: functio ns as a speed dial and redial key,
listing the last eig ht numb ers dialed.
NAME Key: used to access the directo ry fo r dialing
by name.
CLR Key: deletes previo us entered characters. Press and
ho ld fo r two seco nds and entire entry deletes.
STO Key: used to sto re numbers in the Recall functio n.
HOLD key: used to put the caller o n ho ld, and ca ll
waiting access.
Getting Started
The battery included with the NetVISIO N Pho ne needs to be charged.
Charg e the b attery using the dual-slo t charg ing cradle a cco mpanying
the Pho ne befo re eng aging in continuo us use.((Do es the b attery co me

Charging the Battery
The charg ing cradle allo ws users to charge the battery separately o r
while attached to the pho ne. The cradle recharg es o ne b attery at a time.
Fo r the q uickest charge, remo ve the battery fro m the Pho ne and pla ce in
the rear slo t of the cradle. The red LED indicato r lights while the b attery
charges. The g reen LED indicato r lig hts fo r a fully charg ed battery.
Turning the Phone On
Press and ho ld SND until a n image a ppears on the screen, abo ut
two seco nds.
Turning the Phone Off
Press and ho ld END until the screen clears, a bo ut three seco nds.
Indica tor Descriptions
The first screen of the NetVISIO N Pho ne displays the IP address assig ned
to the Pho ne. The seco nd screen auto matically a ppears after a few
seco nds and displays:
·the Pho ne user name at the to p o f the display
·the wo rd Idle belo w the user name if the Pho ne has associated with a
Spectrum2 4 (S24) access po int (AP) o r the wo rds No Ne two rk if the
Pho ne ha s no t asso ciated with an AP
·the signal streng th ico n o n the left side o f the display
·the battery streng th ico n o n the right side o f the display
·two telepho ne ico ns at the bo tto m representing the two available lines.
