Setting Intercom Ring Style
The phone uses this ring style when the incoming call is an intercom call:
1. Press MENU. The phone displays the main menu.
2. Use the *< and #> keys to scroll through the items.
3. Select User Options and press SND. The phone displays the NetVision
Data Phone user options.
4. Scroll through the user options.
5. Select Intrcm Ring and press SND. The LCD displays the current
intercom ring style.
6. Scroll and select a ring option.
7. Press SND to set the intercom ring style. The phone rings once using the
selected tone. Press END to cancel.
Setting the Answering Mode
Users can select from three answering modes on the NetVision Data Phone.
Auto-Answer
In this mode, the NetVision Data Phone answers a call after the first ring. To
program the phone for auto-answering:
1. Press MENU. The phone displays the Main menu.
2. Use the *< and #> keys to scroll through the items.
3. Select User Options and press SND. The phone displays the User
Options menu.
4. Scroll through the user options.
5. Select Phone Answr and press SND. The phone displays the current
auto-answer mode.
6. Scroll through the phone answer options.
7. Select Auto and press SND. The NetVision Data Phone sets the Auto
answer mode and returns to the User Options menu. Press END to
cancel.
Single-Key Answering
In this mode, the NetVision Data Phone answers a call when the user presses
SND. To program the phone for single-key answering:
1. Press MENU. The phone displays the main menu.
2. Use the *< and #> keys to scroll through the items.
