Turns off boot time protection.
If you turn off the Enable Boot Time Protection
option, the protection level of your computer
reduces.
Configuring boot time protection
The boot time protection feature provides enhanced
security level from the time you start your computer.
As soon as you start your computer, Norton Internet
Security starts Auto-Protect and all required drivers
and plug-ins start functioning. This feature ensures
higher level of security from the moment you turn on
your computer.
To configure boot time protection

In the Norton Internet Security main window, click
Settings.

In the Settings window, in the left pane, click Real
Time Protection.

In the Enable Boot Time Protection row, click on
one of the settings. Your options are:
1 Aggressive
1 Normal
1 Off

Click Apply, and then click OK.
