Send the error logs

Launch the Norton Core app.

Navigate to the screen where you are stuck and shake your mobile device.

In the alert that appears, tap Yes.

In the Report Issue screen, type a brief description about your issue and tap Send.
Norton Core collects the error log and sends it along with your feedback.

You can provide your feedback using the Norton Core app.
