* CAUTION : Do not start the engine or run the engine without battery fitted on the vehicle.

Otherwise electrical components would be damaged.

1. Open the box. 2. Tighten the handle bar.

3. Tighten the speedometer cable onto speedomter.

Front : AT22X7-10 , 3.8 +/- 0.2psi

Rear : AT 22X10-9 , 3.8 +/- 0.2psi

7. Install the front tire. Fix the nuts onto the hub (4 nut8. Tighten the 4 nuts. Torque : 4.5 ~ 5.5 kgf-m 9. Tighten the rear wheel nut and install the pin. Torque : 6.5 ~ 8.5 kgf-m 10. Install the rear carrier pannel. 11. Install the front cover. 12. Install R/L handle fender. 13. Install the front & rear hub cover (4 screws/each).

14. Install the trailer hook. 15. Install the trim valve cone & cover. 19. Install back mirrors. Install the battery. 20. Start the engine. Adjust idle rpm in case of need.
