Troubleshooting
Detection Item
Possible Causes Countermeasures
Power cable of battery is
not connected.
Reconnect the power cable and then switch
on.
Battery inner cable loose
Reconnect the inner cable and then switch
on.
Main switch coupler
loose
If the coupler is loose, reconnect it. If the
coupler is ok, there might be open circuit in
the wire harness. Please contact your SYM
dealer.
Main switch malfunction Replace the main switch

Meter doesn’t work
and indicator doesn’t
illuminate.
Low battery voltage
1 Recharge the battery. Check if the battery
voltage is 52V.
2. Replace the battery when the voltage is
under 30V after recharging.

Malfunction of light

1. Replace DC/DC Converter.
2. Replace fuses (5A / 15A).
3.Contact your SYM dealer.

Battery quantity will decrease when the
temperature is low.
Low tire pressure
Check the tire pressure periodically (every
month) and inflate the tire to the
recommended pressure.
