• Insert the name tag behind the bell button and push it back into the outdoor unit.
• Place the outdoor unit in the weather protection frame.
• Mark the mounting position on the wall through the four holes of the outdoor unit.
Choosethemountingheightatthewallsothatthecameraisplacedinthebestheight.Thisdependsonthe
local situation of the entrance area of your house. The opening angle of the camera lens is approx. 45°.
• Place the connection cable between the outdoor and indoor unit and to the door opener and the power supply.
The procedure for the wiring and the connection to the voltage/power supply and the indoor unit or the door
opener is described in chapter 9.
• After the connection has been made, the connection area on the rear of the outdoor unit
must be closed via the enclosed plastic cover; insert the rubber ring into the plastic cover
rst.Itisusedasaseal.
Attach the plastic cover on the rear of the outdoor unit with four small screws.
• Attach the outdoor unit (with attached weather protection frame) to the wall with four
suitable screws and, if required, dowels.
• Pushthealuminiumcoverontotheoutdoorunit(rstontop,thenatthebottom).
Make sure that the bell button moves smoothly and is not caught.
• Fasten the aluminium cover with the screws removed earlier.
