• Do not place the product directly below a socket outlet.
• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings
of a bath, a shower, or a swimming pool.
• To prevent risks, damaged mains cables may only be
replaced by the manufacturer, or a professional shop
appointed by the manufacturer or a similarly qualied
person.
• WARNING– This product is not equipped with a
thermostat to control the room temperature. Do not
use this product in small rooms occupied by people
not capable of leaving the room on their own (unless
constant supervision is provided).
• Do not use the product in combination with an external
timer or other means to automatically switch on the
product.
• Choose a suitable location for installation. It must
be sufciently large, horizontal, smooth and stable.
Ensure that there is a gap of at least 1.5 m on all sides
from combustible or highly ammable materials and
objects (e.g. curtains, furniture and doors). If the gap is
too small, this constitutes a re hazard.
WARNING – Do not cover. Never cover the
product during or shortly after use (e.g. with
clothing, sheets, or curtains), otherwise it may
overheat and create a re hazard!

manual, we assume no liability for any resulting personal injury or damage to
property. Such cases will invalidate the warranty/guarantee.
a) Children
• The product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children.
• Exercise particular caution in the presence of children. Children cannot understand
the dangers caused by incorrectly handling electrical devices. Children could try
to insert items into the device. There is a risk of fatal electric shock! Furthermore,
there is a high risk of injury and a burning hazard due the hot surfaces!
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This may become
dangerous playing material for children.
b) General handling
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, ammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• Always handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height
may damage the product.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product.
• Maintenance, modications and repairs must be done by a technician or an
authorized repair centre.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions,
contact our technical support service or other technical personnel.
• Do not operate the product without the protective grid/grille. It is intended to
prevent direct access to heating elements and must be in place when the heater
is in use. The reguard does not give full protection for young children and for
inrm persons.
• Do not use the heater to dry clothes or any other item.
• Danger of electrocution or re! Do not push any objects through the grid/grille.
• Danger of burns! The grid/grille becomes very hot. Never touch with bare skin.
• Risk of burns! Do not wear loose or ammable clothing that can come into
contact with the grid/grille. Especially when you are using the foot switches (1)
and (7).

Intended use
This product is not suitable for commercial use. It is designed to heat indoor spaces and has
two heat settings that can be accessed using a foot controller. The heater comes with a built-in
tip-over switch.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in
bathrooms, must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the
product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as short circuits, re and electric shocks. Read the
instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product available to third parties
only together with its operating instructions.

Important safety information
• This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces
or occasional use.
• Children under 3 should be kept away from the heater
unless they are under continuous supervision.
• Children between 3 and 8 years of age must only turn
the heater on and off when they are supervised or
when they have been taught how to use it safely and
understand the safety hazards. The heater must also
be placed or mounted in its normal working position.
Children between 3 and 8 years of age must not plug
in, congure, clean, or repair the appliance.
• This appliance may be used by children over 8 years
of age and people with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning the safe use of the appliance
and understand the hazards involved. Children may not
clean or repair the product unless they are supervised.
Children must not play with the appliance.
• WARNING– hot surfaces. Some parts of this product
can become very hot and may cause burns. Exercise
caution when children and vulnerable people are
present.
