Instructions

12. Programming
Do not disconnect the combination lock from the power supply when programming the
device, as this may damage existing data and settings.
The combination lock codes (e.g. the master code, user codes, and superuser code) can be
4 to 8 digits long.
When the "Auto entry" feature is enabled (see section 12. m), codes do not have to be
conrmedwiththe button, therefore all codes must be the same length (e.g. if the
master code is 5 digits, the user codes must also be 5 digits).
Each code must be unique. For example, the master code cannot be the same as the user code.
The combination lock will beep if you attempt to set the same code twice.
The pause between each button press must not exceed 10 seconds, otherwise the combination
lock will beep 5 times to indicate an error.
a) Exiting programming mode
• The middle LED on the top of the combination lock should blink slowly to indicate that the
lock is in normal mode.
• Enterthemastercode(factorydefault="0000")andconrmyourentrybypressingthe
button.
For security reasons, the master code must be changed when you set up the lock (see
section 12. c) for details).
If you forget the master code, follow the instructions in section 11 to enable program-
mingmode.Youcanthencongureanewmastercode(seesection12.d)fordetails).
If the master code is correct, the combination lock will beep twice and enter programming
mode. The middle LED will stay constant.
• Youcannowcongurethedesiredsettings(refertotheinstructionsonthefollowingpages
for details).
• Press the button to exit programming mode.
The combination lock will beep twice to indicate that it is in normal mode and the middle LED
willashslowly.
