8. Sample connections

a) Standalone mode

Power adapter (12 V/DC)

Use the output #1 connection that corresponds to your door opener type (N.O. = Fail-secure

door opener, N.C. = Fail-safe door opener)

Door sensor (optional, if no door sensor is available terminals 13 and 14 must be con-

nected).

Position of the cathode for the protective diode (must be mounted near to the door opener

to prevent damage to the combination lock)
