Automation
Automation executes a set of user-dened
rules when certain events occur.
Example: If motion is detected, the light is
switched on.
Automation only works/loads when the
gateway and mobile device running
the app are connected to the Sygonix
Cloud.
Add a new automation rule
1. Go to the app landing page.
2. Touch the
symbol to open the
automation page.
3. To add a new item tap on +.
4. Tap the + next to Trigger condition to open
the trigger selection dialog. Devices that
support trigger events are listed.
5. Scan through the device list until you have
found the desired trigger event.
6. Select the trigger event. A tick appears.
Tap on Save. The dialog returns to the start
page.
7. Tap on + next to Actions set. Select an
action that executes when the selected
trigger event occurs.
- Adjust its settings if necessary.
- Note: It is not possible to set an action if
no trigger event is set.
