1 Sicherheitshinweise Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durch. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Dieses Telefon ist geeignet für das Telefonieren innerhalb eines Telefonnetzes. Jede andere Verwendung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Eigenmächtige Veränderungen oder Umbauten sind nicht zulässig. Öffnen Sie das Gerät in keinem Fall selbst und führen Sie keine eigenen Reparaturversuche durch.
2 Telefon in Betrieb nehmen Telefon anschließen Schließen Sie das Spiralkabel an die Positionen 12 (nächste Seite) an. Verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Spiralkabel, da das Gerät mit einem anderen Spiralkabel eventuell nicht funktioniert. Verbinden Sie das Telefon (19) und die Telefonanschlussdose mithilfe des Telefonkabels. 4 Menüstruktur Hauptmenü In das Hauptmenü gelangen Sie, wenn Sie die Taste * gedrückt halten. Mit der Taste X nehmen Sie Einstellungen vor. Mit der Taste £ speichern/bestätigen Sie Ihre Einstellungen und der nächste Menüpunkt wird aufgerufen. Mit der Taste C verlassen Sie das Menü. Das Menü wird automatisch geschlossen, wenn Sie 30 Sekunden keine Taste betätigt haben.
Anruf annehmen Wenn das Telefon klingelt, heben Sie den Hörer ab und führen Sie das Gespräch. Gespräch beenden Um ein Gespräch zu beenden, legen Sie den Hörer auf. Anrufen Heben Sie den Hörer ab. Warten Sie, bis Sie das Freizeichen hören. Wählen Sie die gewünschte Rufnummer mit den Ziffertasten (9). Flash−Taste an Nebenstellenanlagen 1 Ist Ihr Telefon an einer Nebenstellenanlage angeschlossen, können Sie über die R−Taste (14) Funktionen, wie z. B. Anrufe weiterleiten und automatischen Rückruf, nutzen.
Telefonbuch Im Telefonbuch können Sie 30 Rufnummern mit den dazugehörigen Namen speichern. Geben Sie bei allen Rufnummern immer eine Vorwahl mit ein, damit auch eingehende Ortsgespräche einem Telefonbucheintrag zugeordnet werden können. Ist die Speicherkapazität erschöpft, zeigt das Display beim nächsten Speichern die Meldung −−−−−100%". Um wieder Platz zu schaffen, müssen Sie zuerst einen anderen Eintrag löschen.
Anrufliste Die Anrufliste speichert die Rufnummern aller angenommenen, entgangenen und geführten Anrufe. Insgesamt werden 15 Rufnummern mit 9 Zeichen und Datum in der Anrufliste gespeichert. Ist die Funktion LED ON" (siehe Menüstruktur) gewählt, werden neue entgangene Anrufe durch Blinken einer LED signalisiert. Ist die Anrufliste voll, wird der älteste Eintrag automatisch überschrieben. Achtung: Die Rufnummernanzeige (CLIP1) ist ein Zusatzdienst Ihres Netzbetreibers.
Fragen und Antworten Fragen Antworten Kein Telefongespräch möglich − Die Telefonleitung ist nicht korrekt angeschlossen oder gestört. Verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Telefonanschlusskabel. 6 Pflegehinweise / Garantie Pflegehinweise Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseoberflächen mit einem weichen und fusselfreien Tuch. 2 Mettre le téléphone en service Raccorder le téléphone Raccordez le câble spiralé aux positions 12 (page suivante). Veuillez n’utiliser que le câble spiralé fourni avec l’appareil, l’appareil ne pouvant éventuellement pas fonctionner avec un autre câble. Raccordez le téléphone (19) à la prise de raccordement téléphonique à l’aide du câble téléphonique.

4 Structure du menu Menu principal Vous parvenez au menu principal en maintenant la touche * appuyée. La touche X vous permet d’effectuer les réglages. La touche £ vous sert à enregistrer/confirmer vos réglages et à appeler l’option de menu suivante. Pour quitter le menu, appuyez sur la touche C. Le menu se ferme automatiquement si vous n’avez actionné aucune touche pendant 30 secondes.
Prendre un appel Quand le téléphone sonne, décrochez le combiné et passez la communication. Terminer la communication Reposez le combiné pour terminer une communication. Appeler Décrochez le combiné. Attendez jusqu’à ce vous entendiez la tonalité. Composez le numéro de téléphone de votre choix à l’aide des touches numériques (9).
Répertoire Vous pouvez enregistrer 30 numéros d’appel et le nom y afférant dans votre répertoire. Saisissez toujours les numéros d’appel avec un indicatif afin que le téléphone puisse aussi attribuer les communications locales entrantes à un enregistrement du répertoire. Si la capacité de mémoire est épuisée, l’écran affichera le message −−−−−100%" lors du prochain enregistrement. Afin de créer à nouveau de la place, vous devez d’abord effacer un autre enregistrement.
Liste d’appels La liste d’appels enregistre les numéros d’appel de tous les appels pris, manqués et passés. 15 numéros d’appel en tout, de 9 chiffres chacun, avec date sont enregistrés dans la liste d’appels. Si la fonction LED ON" (voir structure de menu) est sélectionnée, de nouveaux appels manqués seront signalés par une DEL clignotante. Si la liste d’appels est pleine, l’enregistrement le plus ancien sera automatiquement écrasé.
5 En cas de problèmes Hotline de service S’il s’agit de problèmes techniques, vous pouvez vous adresser à notre hotline de service en Suisse au numéro de tel. 0900 00 1675 (frais Swisscom à la date d’impression de ce manuel : CHF 2.60/min). Si vous jouissez de droits de garantie, adressez−vous à votre revendeur. La durée de la garantie est de 2 ans. Questions et réponses Questions Réponses Pas de communication téléphonique possible − Le téléphone n’est pas correctement raccordé ou est perturbé.
Si votre appareil devait malgré tout présenter une défectuosité pendant la période de garantie, veuillez vous adresser, muni de la quittance d’achat, exclusivement au magasin où vous avez acheté votre appareil SWITEL. Vous ne pouvez faire valoir vos droits à la garantie selon ces dispositions qu’auprès de votre revendeur exclusivement. 2 Mettere in funzione il telefono Collegare il telefono Allacciare il cavo a spirale alle posizioni 12 (pagina successiva). Utilizzare soltanto il cavo a spirale fornito in dotazione visto che l’apparecchio potrebbe non funzionare con un cavo a spirale di altro tipo. Collegare il telefono (19) e la presa telefonica con l’ausilio del cavo telefonico.

4 Struttura del menu Menu principale Per passare al menu principale, tenere premuto il tasto *. Per compiere impostazioni, servirsi del tasto X. Con il tasto £ le impostazioni sono confermate/salvate mentre il telefono passa alla voce di menu successiva. Per uscire dal menu, premere il tasto C. Il menu si chiude automaticamente in caso di mancato azionamento di un qualsiasi tasto per una durata di 30 secondi.
Ricevere una chiamata Quando il telefono squilla, sollevare il ricevitore per condurre la telefonata. Concludere una chiamata Per concludere la chiamata, agganciare il ricevitore. Telefonare Sollevare il ricevitore. Attendere l’ascolto del segnale di libero. Selezionare il numero di chiamata desiderato utilizzando i tasti numerici (9).
Rubrica telefonica Nella rubrica telefonica è possibile memorizzare 30 numeri di chiamata con rispettivi nomi. Assegnare sempre a tutti i numeri di chiamata un prefisso in modo da poter riconoscere anche una chiamata urbana in arrivo ed abbinarla ad una voce presente nella rubrica telefonica. Una volta esaurita la capacità di memorizzazione, sul display appare l’indicazione −−−−−100%" non appena si volesse procedere con un’ulteriore immissione.
Elenco chiamate L’elenco chiamate memorizza i numeri di chiamata di tutte le chiamate ricevute, mancate ed effettuate. L’elenco chiamate è in grado di memorizzare 15 numeri di chiamata composti da 9 caratteri, compresa la data della telefonata. Con funzione LED ON" (vedi Struttura menu) selezionata, le nuove chiamate mancate sono segnalate da un LED che lampeggia. Con elenco chiamate pieno, la voce più remota è automaticamente sovrascritta.
5 In presenza di problemi Linea di assistenza In caso di problemi tecnici è possibile rivolgersi alla nostra linea di assistenza tecnica chiamando al numero 0900 00 1675 valido per la Svizzera (spese da rete Swisscom alla data di stampa: 2,60 CHF/min). In caso di reclami entro il periodo di garanzia, rivolgersi al rivenditore autorizzato. Il periodo di garanzia ricopre 2 anni.
Nel caso in cui il presente apparecchio dovesse ciò nonostante presentare un difetto durante il periodo di garanzia, si prega di rivolgersi esclusivamente al negozio di rivendita dell’apparecchio SWITEL assieme al relativo scontrino di acquisto. Any other use is considered unintended use. Unauthorised modification or reconstruction is not permitted. Under no circumstances open the device or complete any repair work yourself. 2 Preparing the Telephone Connecting the telephone Connect the helix cable at positions 12 (refer to following page). Only use the helix cable supplied because the equipment may not function if another helix cable is used. Connect the phone (19) to the telephone connection socket using the telephone connection line. 4 Menu Structure Main menu Press and hold the * button to access the main menu. Press the X button to adjust the settings. Press the £ button to save/ confirm the settings defined and open the next menu option. Press the C button to exit from the menu. The menu is automatically closed if no button is pressed for a period of 30 seconds.
Taking a call When the phone rings, lift the receiver and take the call. Ending a call (on−hook) Replace the receiver to end the call. Making a call Lift the receiver. Wait until you hear the dialling tone. Dial the required phone number using the digit keys (9). Flash button on private branch exchanges 4 If the telephone is connected to a private branch exchange, functions such as transferring calls and automatic call back can be used via the R button (14).
Phone book You can use the phone book to store up to 30 phone numbers together with the associated names. Always enter the area access code with the phone numbers so that incoming local calls can also be assigned to a phone book entry. When the memory capacity is used up, the message −−−−−100%" appears in the display. To create space, an existing entry must first be deleted. Entering phone numbers/names in the phone book Letters are also imprinted on the digit keys.
Call list The call list stores the phone numbers of all the calls taken, missed and dialled. A total of 15 phone numbers, each with 9 characters, are stored in the call list together with the date of the call. If the LED ON" function is selected (refer to Menu Structure), new calls missed are indicated by the LED flashing. If the call list is full, the oldest entry in the list is automatically overwritten.
Problems and solutions Problems Solutions No telephone calls possible − The telephone line is not connected properly or is defective. Only use the telephone connection cable supplied. 6 Maintenance / Guarantee Maintenance Clean the housing surfaces with a soft, fluff−free cloth. Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
