6. Operating instructions of device
1: This area is the touch area.
As shown in the right, aer wearing the bracelet on the wrist, when the device
is turned o, press and hold for three seconds to turn it on. In the power-on
state, press and hold the touch area for three seconds to switch between 3
watchfaces, tap to switch interface, long press to conrm or return. Long press
in System menu, to move to Power o funcon. Press once to switch from NO
to YES. Long press again to power o the device.
2: Method of measuring ECG correctly when ECG is measured, the nger
needs to touch the enre piece of metal, body should be relaxed, and it
stays sll as much as possible during the measurement unl the end of
the measurement (measurement me is about 30-60 seconds). If the ECG
waveform is disordered or dris seriously, please re-measure, if the skin is
too or dry, please wet the skin before measuring, and keep the metal sheet
in good contact with the skin.(ECG measurement has two kinds of oine
measurement and online measurement.)
