Insert nylon bushing swing hangers through the bottom beam clamps and corresponding holes and secure using a washer and loc nut (Fig. 4). Place a beam cover over each swing hanger assembly and secure to beam using four 2-1/2” screws per cover. NOTE: Attach beam covers over holes which have swing hangers in place. Remaining holes will be covered later.

Position lumber as indicated in Figs. 7 and 8. Make sure frame is square. Measure diagonally from corner to corner making sure measurement is the same. Assemble frame using three 3" screws per joint (Fig. 8). Position eight 2" x 6" x 28" boards on top of the frame.

With the help of others, lay an A-Frame (without a cross member) flat on the ground (Fig. 10). Measure and mark the location of the deck assembly bottom as indicated in Fig. 10. The bottom of the deck assembly should be approximately 45" from the bottom of the inside of each frame leg. With the help of others, place the deck assembly on top of the frame.
